What it started from.
- No website. The work lived in photos on a phone.
- A four-figure handmade object with no place to show the craft close up.
What changed.

A single page with everything inline, because the brief asked for one file that would still open in ten years.

A bronze raven that flies in on load and settles into the header.

A click-through study of one real sword: five parts indexed down the left, the plate on the right. Reader-driven, never scroll-jacked.
